Review and Data Verification Methodology
A firm page lists catalog fields. A review is an editorial checklist. A discount page is for an offer. Affiliate relationships do not change a listed fact, and a missing fact stays unpublished.
Three different pages
The firm page is the public catalog for that firm. Prices and offers belong there when PFS has published them.
A review can say who a program may fit and what a trader should check. It should not copy a coupon or invent a fee.
A discount page answers promotional intent. Confirm the code at checkout. The review does not need to repeat it.
Our ranking principles
- Rankings should help traders choose a firm that fits their rules and risk style.
- We do not invent pricing, payout, platform, or discount details.
- We disclose affiliate intent and recommend verifying live terms before purchase.
- Pages are updated when firm rules, supported markets, or promotions materially change.
What we evaluate
Rules and drawdown
We compare daily loss, maximum loss, trailing or static drawdown, consistency rules, time limits, and minimum trading days.
Cost and discounts
We check challenge fees, reset fees, activation fees, recurring fees, platform/data costs, and current promo code availability.
Payout terms
We review first payout timing, payout frequency, profit split, minimum payout amount, withdrawal limits, and consistency requirements.
Markets and platforms
We identify forex, futures, indices, metals, crypto, CFD-style access, platform support, and trading restrictions.
Trader fit
We consider beginner fit, scalping, swing trading, news trading, automation rules, and strategy flexibility.
Freshness and verification
A page note about the copy is not a confirmation that a price, rule, or payout was rechecked. Unknown facts stay unknown.
Source and correction policy
Source priority
- 1. Current official program terms and trader agreements.
- 2. Official pricing, platform, payout, and support documentation.
- 3. Direct checkout confirmation for promotional pricing.
- 4. Clearly labelled third-party evidence for reputation context only.
Corrections
If a rule, price, code, or payout condition is outdated, email support@propfirmstore.com with the page URL and a current primary source. A correction updates the published page. It is not labeled as a daily refresh of every firm.
Missing values remain unranked or are labelled unavailable; they are not inferred from old promotions, screenshots, or another account type.
Where the facts come from
Factual firm fields prefer the firm’s own public materials, such as its pricing page, rulebook, and checkout. If a fact is not known, the page should say so instead of filling the gap.
An editorial recommendation is a separate judgment about fit. It is not the same thing as a listed price, rule, or payout term.

Checking public pages on a schedule is not the same as publishing a new fact. A note on a guide is about the page copy. It is not a claim that every price or rule was verified that day.
How we got this price
Each plan shows one price. We keep the highest-ranked source that is still fresh. A newer official figure replaces a reported figure. A reported figure never replaces a current official figure.
- From the official pricing page. This is the firm’s own pricing page.
- From the firm’s official checkout or help center. The page is on the firm’s own site, and the prices are public.
- From the firm’s partner price list. We apply a partner code only when the firm published that offer.
- Checked at the firm’s checkout. An owner copied the figure from the official checkout.
- Reported price, not from the firm. At least two independent sites agreed. We do not apply a discount code to this figure. The card tells you the code to use at checkout.
- Listed from a legacy catalog. This remains until a fresher source is published. It is marked as not yet confirmed.
If the newest check is too old, the card says when it was last checked. If two official figures disagree, the price stays under review. We do not publish a price that was guessed, read by an assistant, or reported by only one outside site.
