How to Use the Journal (Step-by-Step)

1. 1. Copy the template to your Google Drive or download locally for Excel.
   2. Enter your firm rules (profit target, max drawdown, daily loss) into the top summary block.
   3. Log trades — record instrument, entry/exit price, P/L, and a short reason for the trade.
   4. Review weekly — check win rate, average R, and look for patterns in losing trades.
